Housekeeping kept forgetting to leave clean towels in the room. Fridge in the room not cold enough. Hot water not always available. Rooftop pool not heated. For some reason they were painting hallways with customers around. Gym room a bit cramped for more than 3 people at a time. Reception staff helpful. Good options for breakfast.... Ask for anything you don't see. Clean and tidy restaurant. Clean and tidy room. Games room needs attention. Good value hotel.

The hotel is quite amazing but the Staff were not good. There were few staff who were staring lustfully at the female tourist. They would enter the room during the stay and would give lustful stares. The hotel's room was good along with the ambience even the hospitality but few staff were not good. Though the matter was being addressed later on after the complaint logged.

“Not the experience you should take with” 1. Except the property which is 8/10 nothing is good there. 2. Service is poorest 3. Staff is not well behaved 4. Example : we asked the warm milk for the young child but they took more than 45 minutes to process the request. 5. Example : TV was not working requested them to please fix the issue it took full 3 hours to process the request. 6. Example : False Commitment , In the happy hours they commercialized buy one get one for PIZZA but after the dining they said you have to pay more for one pizza to get the free one. 7. It was really nice stay there. Whole staff was very polite and humble & ready to support on immediate requirement. Rooms were neat and clean. Received a very warm welcome on arrival at Hotel.

The overall experience was pretty hectic. Had to call room services again and again for small small things. Bathrooms were stinking like anything, no running hot water. They charge you randomly for food, travel taxi or milk. Location is decent but getting things done there takes a lot of your time. Other guests were playing loud music no one was getting to take charge for that

Nobody told me to write this review. I would be mentioning the good thing and the strange things happen with us over here. Good part: - Rooms are small but they are clean - no problem of drinking water, service is quick - dinner is 1000 time much better than the breakfast - management listens to your problem and tries to resolve from there end Sad part: - Exhaust fan and hot water operated using automatic sensors and once they have stopped working then nobody cannot help you, technical staff is useless. - Before check out I wanted to have a bath but instead of getting the hot water issue fixed they had provided me hot water in a bucket which was very annoying and I had to even use cattle for hot water, very bad experience. Overall if you wanna considered this hotel then you need to prepare your mind for things that are not under the control of office staff rest this hotel could be a decent place to stay.

Very satisfying experience during our stay of 3 nights and 2 days in the last week. Rooms were very clean. Service was excellent. Only issue we felt with this hotel was its location. Since the location is bit far from the city centre, travel between attractions was a problem at times, especially when the autowalas/cab drivers are looking to loot you every time.
